A Shadows Hand

I'm so tired...so absolutely tired. In fact, weary might be a better word to describe it.

Memoirs of a Geisha is a lush, heartbreaking, bittersweet film. It left me with a rather empty feeling, despite all of the beautiful images.
I would recommend it for those who desire a visual-masterpiece, a taste of another world {yet still within our world}, and fascinating storyline.
Brilliant score by John Williams as well, featuring Yo-Yo Ma and Itzhak Perlman.

"The heart dies a slow death, shedding each hope like leaves, until one day there are none, no hopes: nothing remains." ~Memoirs of a Geisha
